Refund & Return Policy (90-Day Feel-the-Difference Guarantee)

90-Day Feel-the-Difference Guarantee

We want you to feel the difference—calmer days, easier wind-down, and more refreshed mornings.

If you’re not satisfied with your results within 90 days of receiving your order, email us at support@evolance.com to request a refund under our 90-Day Feel-the-Difference Guarantee.

Important: This guarantee applies to your first purchase of one bottle of the product (one-time guarantee per customer/household). If eligible, you may be asked to provide basic order details and a short description of your experience so we can continue improving.

Multi-Bottle Orders (2+ bottles)

If you purchased multiple bottles in the same order, the guarantee applies to one opened bottle only (your first bottle).
To be eligible for a refund on the rest of the order, all additional bottles must be unused and unopened and must be returned.

Standard Returns (Unopened Products)

We have a 90-day return window, meaning you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused/unopened, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return/refund will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@evolance.com so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of personal care and consumable goods, we do not accept returns of:

  • Opened bottles (except where required by applicable law, or where covered by the guarantee as described above)

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale / clearance items (if applicable)

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refund timing: typically within 10 business days after approval (or after returned items are received and inspected, when a return is required).

  • Banks/credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact support@evolance.com.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If you are returning unopened products from a multi-bottle order, you may be responsible for return shipping unless we provide a label at our discretion or unless required by applicable law.

  • If the item is defective/damaged/wrong, we will work with you to resolve it and may provide a prepaid label.

Abuse, Fraud, and Policy Enforcement

We stand behind our products—and we also protect our customers and community from misuse of the guarantee.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or deny refunds and/or returns in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or bad-faith claims, including (but not limited to):

  • Multiple refund requests by the same customer/household

  • Excessive repeat orders followed by refund requests

  • Claims that appear inconsistent with order history or supporting details

  • Returns of items that are used/opened when return is required (multi-bottle orders)

  • Chargeback threats or disputes made in lieu of using our support process

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (if applicable)

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, subject to applicable law.

To qualify, items must be unused/unopened, in their original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase. To request a cancellation/return, contact support@evolance.com.
